There is no need to be nervous, because everyone in the class will be of a similar ability, allowing you to focus your energy on strengthening your body and letting go of outside thoughts in this safe and controlled environment.
A Beginners class at Calm aims to teach the fundamentals to those who are completely new to yoga or to those just starting out.
This includes the key poses, their correct names, and the alignment principles. In this class you will also be taught about the importance of controlling your breathing through various exercises (pranayama).
You do not need to bring anything, just yourself and wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing.
