FAQ Yoga Teacher Training

I don't want to be a teacher, can I still take the training?

Yes, many of our students take the trainings to deepen their practice then decide from there.

What are the pre-requisites for attending?

We strongly suggest students have been practicing at least 6 months before doing the training. This is something we can discuss if you have been practicing for less time.

What is your cancellation policy?

A non refundable deposit of £500 is required to be enrolled on the course. Once the payment plan has begun, payments made are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel the course, notice must be given 30 days before the course is due to start.

You must be at least 16 years old to take the training. There is no maximum age.

What if I have already done a teacher training?
  • No problem, you are welcome to join. It’s a great way to reinvigorate your practice.
Is the week intensive compulsory?
  • Yes. Treat the first week as a yoga retreat. Use this time to commit to yourself and your yoga journey. We set the foundations of the course to follow in this first week and make friends, creating a community of support to help you through the months ahead.
What if I miss a date?
  • Any hours lost will need to be made up with private tuition at Calm.
